Introduction
BXB's or Bi-lateral Exercise Batons are modern terminology for Indian Clubs. Club swinging exercise dates back over several thousand years and most likely evolved from war club training. Clubs originally were introduced into the USA in the late 1800's but originate back to India and the Middle East. Club swinging interest declined in the USA in the early 1900's with the advent of barbell and dumbbell weight training. The reintroduction of modern BXB's and club swinging is exciting. Baton and club swinging provide a broad range of therapeutic and training benefits to upper body not possible with dumbbells and standard gym equipment.

SRT modifies the standard Motion Rx® Indian Clubs by adding an adjustable, safety lanyard (wrist restraint). These lanyards are an important safety addition especially useful in classroom exercise environments and for use by novice or inexperienced club swingers.
